Day 1: Airport Arrival & Hotel Transfer

Upon arrival at Beijing Capital International Airport, you’ll be met by a local driver (non-guided) and transferred directly to your pre-booked hotel. No further services are provided today. Please provide your flight details and hotel information in advance.

Day 2: Ming Tombs, Badaling Great Wall & Olympic Green

Meet your English-speaking guide in the hotel lobby at around 8:00 AM. Begin your journey to the Ming Tombs—China’s best-preserved imperial burial complex, with over 500 years of history. Visit Changling, the largest and most magnificent tomb, built for the Yongle Emperor. Spend approximately 1 hour exploring its grand architecture and sacred atmosphere.

Before lunch, stop at a traditional Jade Carving Factory to admire the artistry behind China’s revered “stone of heaven.”

After a delicious local Chinese lunch, head to the iconic Badaling Great Wall—the most famous and well-preserved section of this ancient marvel. Renowned for its deep-rooted culture, elegant mountain scenery, and complete military fortifications, Badaling offers a true hero’s experience. Hike the ramparts for unforgettable views—or take the optional cable car to the summit for a panoramic bird’s-eye vista.

Conclude your day with a photo stop at Beijing’s modern landmarks: the “Bird’s Nest” National Stadium and the “Water Cube” National Aquatics Center.

Day 3: Imperial Beijing – Tiananmen, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace & Evening Show

Meet your guide in the hotel lobby at around 7:30 AM. Begin at Tiananmen Square, one of the top ten largest city squares in the world and a site of profound historical significance. Though entry is restricted, your guide will explain its key landmarks from a distance: the Tiananmen Gate—a symbol of China’s resilience—the Monument to the People’s Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, and the Mao Zedong Memorial Hall. For generations, climbing Tiananmen Gate to gaze upon the Square has been a cherished dream.

Enter the legendary Forbidden City—the largest and best-preserved imperial palace in China. Designed as the cosmic heart of ancient Beijing, it lies along the city’s sacred central north–south axis (tilted just over two degrees), stretching from the Bell and Drum Towers in the north to Yongdingmen in the south. Explore halls where emperors ruled and rituals shaped a nation.

Next, visit a Chinese Traditional Medicine Culture Center to learn about ancient healing practices and herbal wisdom.

After a local lunch, journey to the sublime Temple of Heaven—a UNESCO World Heritage Site where emperors, as the Son of Heaven, performed solemn rites to pray for peace and harvests. Marvel at the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, with its four dragon pillars (seasons), twelve inner pillars (lunar months), and the sacred Earthly Mount.

Continue to the breathtaking Summer Palace—China’s largest and most beautiful imperial garden. Spanning 2.9 square kilometers (1.1 sq mi), with three-quarters covered in water, it centers on Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake. Stroll past the Long Corridor, the Marble Boat, and serene islands, all reflecting harmony between nature and imperial design.

In the evening, enjoy a complimentary high-quality local performance—choose from Kung Fu, Acrobatics, or Beijing Opera. After the show, return to your hotel independently.

Day 4: Departure – Airport Transfer

A private driver will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Beijing Capital International Airport for your departure. No guide assistance is provided on this day.
