CN-PEKBLT16 – Beijing Roast Duck Dinner with round way transfers (Private)

Evening Gourmet Experience: Authentic Peking Duck at Quanjude

Your evening begins with a hotel pickup at around 5:30 PM by your English-speaking tour guide, heading to the legendary Quanjude Restaurant—Beijing’s most iconic destination for Peking Duck.

Established in the 1860s during the Qing Dynasty, Quanjude has earned worldwide fame for its traditional roasted duck, crafted using secrets passed down from generations of imperial palace chefs. Every duck is carefully selected to meet Quanjude’s strict standards, then hand-prepared with care and roasted to perfection.

The roasting method is a masterpiece in itself: ducks are glazed, hung on hooks, and roasted in an open oven over flames fueled by scented fruit-tree wood. With no oven door to trap steam, the skin crisps evenly while the meat stays tender. In just 40 minutes, the duck emerges—glossy, reddish-brown, and shimmering with oil, its skin crackling crisp and its meat succulently tender. Few can resist the irresistible aroma and golden allure of this culinary treasure.

Savor every bite of this world-renowned dish, served with thin pancakes, hoisin sauce, scallions, and cucumber—a true celebration of Beijing’s gastronomic heritage.

After this delicious dinner, you’ll be comfortably transferred back to your hotel, full of flavor and fond memories of China’s most famous duck.
